Buyer Confidence
What Buyers Can Verify Before Ordering
Instead of relying on broad claims, overseas buyers should review product samples, packaging details, available documents and shipment requirements before confirming an OEM project.
Review factory, sorting, packing or loading information where available for the selected project.
Check flavor, color, texture, piece size, broken ratio, moisture condition and packaging fit.
Confirm certificate name, facility, product scope, validity and destination-market relevance before ordering.
Compare bulk supply, plain pouch with label, printed pouch, jar, gift box and carton options.
MOQ may differ between product, printed film, label, jar or gift packaging requirements.
Timing depends on samples, artwork approval, packaging procurement, production schedule and documents.
Document availability varies by product, production facility and destination market.
RFQs are automatically scored so detailed OEM projects can be prioritized by the sales team.

Buyer FAQ
OEM Quote Questions
These answers explain how GlobalCrispy reviews buyer inquiries before quotation.
What information is needed for an OEM quotation?
A useful OEM quotation normally requires the product category, destination country, pack size, packaging route, estimated order quantity, private label requirements and any required documents or certificates.
Can buyers upload packaging references or artwork?
Yes. Buyers may upload PDF, image or artwork reference files with the RFQ form. Final artwork requirements should be confirmed after the packaging route and pouch dimensions are reviewed.
Is MOQ the same for every freeze-dried product?
No. MOQ depends on product format, packaging route, number of SKUs, estimated quantity and whether printed packaging is required. Product MOQ and printed pouch MOQ may be different.
Can GlobalCrispy support private label packaging?
Private label packaging can be reviewed for selected products. Buyers should provide pack size, target market, artwork status and packaging preference so feasibility, MOQ factors and document needs can be checked.
Are certificates valid for every product?
Certificate availability and scope should be reviewed for the selected product, production facility and destination market. A document copy does not automatically mean every product or shipment is covered.

Buyer Evidence
Evidence That Helps Us Prepare a Better Reply
When buyers send a product brief, reference package, target country and required documents, GlobalCrispy can reply with more relevant sample, packaging and quotation guidance.
International buyers often need proof of product format, packaging route and document availability before they can approve a supplier.
Send enough information for the export team to reply with relevant product, sample, packaging and document options.
Photos, certificates and specifications are often reviewed separately, which can create misunderstandings about product scope or facility coverage.
GlobalCrispy coordinates sample review, packaging discussion, available document checks and shipment information according to the selected project.
Helpful attachments include product references, artwork files, target pack size, label language, certificate list and destination country.
Buyers should confirm final product formula, facility scope, certificate validity, labeling rules, MOQ, lead time and import requirements before ordering.
